Making peanut butter yourself means that you know exactly what goes in. Furthermore, it's actually much easier than you think it is!
Large pinch sea salt
- Place peanuts and salt into a food processor
- Blend for about 10 minutes
- Nut butter will form a thick mixture before turning into a smooth, creamy peanut butter
- Allow the peanut butter to cool before spooning into sterilised jars. It can be stored for up to a month in the fridge.
