No baking needed for these delicious, gooey bars that are perfect as snacks for the whole family.
100g desiccated coconut, lightly toasted
340g honey or rice syrup
250g almond butter
Pinch of salt
- Mix toasted coconut in a bowl with granola, salt and almond butter
- Bring the honey or rice syrup to the boil, then pour over the granola mix
- Stir until well combined
- Spread mixture into a lined baking tray.
- Leave to set in the fridge for a few hours
- Cut into bars and serve
